Recruiting Help Needed Thursday

We have recruiting night tomorrow Thursday, August 24, 2017 at several Pike Township elementary schools. Troop 343 is already helping at several schools not listed below.
District Executive Con Sullivan is struggling to get coverage for several elementary schools that need coverage.
The plan is for the Boy Scouts and Boy Scout adults to lead the catapult building with the new boys IN ANOTHER ROOM OR OUTSIDE. The pack will have adults to handle the registration and answer new parent questions. The pack will bring materials and instructions to build the catapults to the school. The District Executive Con Sullivan will be in the township with extra materials if a school runs short. 

We have needs at these Pike township elementary schools:
Pack 625 Deer Run
P625 Central Ele
P625 Snacks Crossing
P180 College Park
Our schedule is
Set-up time – 6:15pm
Start time – 6:30pm
End time – 7:15pm
 
All scouts and scouters are welcome and needed.
