Key 3 Conference at Camporee

On Saturday morning of camporee, we will hold a Unit Key 3 Conference for all the units in North Star District. All unit Chartered Organization Representatives, Committee Chairs, and Unit Leaders (e.g., Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Venturing Advisors) or their substitutes are invited and asked to attend. This includes all Packs, Troops, and Crews.

We have confirmed that we will have special guest speakers Council Scout Executive Patrick Sterrett and Council Commissioner Rick Tardy.

For Cub Scout Packs there will be a chance to discuss the new Lion Cub program for kindergartners that will be part of the Fall Recruitment 2016 process. Our District Executive Con Sullivan will be the lead on that new program’s roll out. You can talk to Con at the conference about the program.

For Venturing Crews, there will be chance to discuss recruitment efforts and develop cooperative efforts to expand Venturing in North Star.

Registration and social time will open at 8:30 am. We will start the presentations promptly at 9:00 am.

We are tentatively scheduled to be in the Dining Hall. Final location will be announced at the Scoutmaster/SPL meeting on Friday night.
